Websites & digital presence
E-commerce Websites for Perth Businesses
Sell your products online with a store built around your business, your customers and the way you want to operate. WiTEDS works with WooCommerce, Shopify, Wix and Squarespace, and can build a custom web application when an off-the-shelf platform does not fit. We help with store setup, products, branding, SEO, marketing and ongoing management, so your store is built for long-term use, not just a quick launch.
What you get
- A platform chosen for how your business sells, rather than the same solution for every store.
- Catalogue, checkout and fulfilment planned as one build, rather than plugins bolted on later.
- Product pages with clear information and photos, and shipping and returns shown before checkout.
- A short, secure checkout with guest checkout and payment options your customers already use.
- A store designed for phones first, structured for search engines, accessible and easy to maintain.
- Help adding and managing products after launch from a Perth-based team, or a store you can run yourself.
- Marketing support to bring the right customers to your store, from SEO to Google Ads and social media.

How it runs
Plan: we work through your products and variations, payments, shipping, growth plans and who will run the store day to day, then recommend a platform.
Build: we set up the store, product pages, checkout, payments and shipping on the chosen platform.
Launch: we check the full buying journey on phone and desktop before going live.
Support: we can keep adding products, managing the platform and looking after the store on a care plan tailored to it.
What we build
Platforms we build on
- WooCommerceFlexibility and control over your website, content and store: setup and configuration, products, categories and variations, pricing, inventory, checkout, payment gateways, shipping, discount codes, customer accounts, email notifications and plugin setup. Not every extension is included, and third-party plugin, gateway or service fees may apply.WooCommerce(opens in a new tab)
- ShopifyA hosted e-commerce platform: store setup, theme configuration, branding, product uploads and collections, variations, navigation, payment and shipping settings, content pages, app integrations and launch support. A strong option for many stores, but not the automatic choice for every business.Shopify(opens in a new tab)
- WixFor simpler websites and stores on an all-in-one hosted platform: store setup, product uploads, layout, branding, payments, SEO settings and mobile presentation. A Wix site can launch quickly, but speed shouldn't replace good planning, so we still plan the structure, content and customer journey properly.Wix(opens in a new tab)
- SquarespaceFor businesses that value a simpler managed platform and don't need highly customised e-commerce: website and store setup, design configuration, product uploads, branding, payment settings, navigation and basic SEO settings.Squarespace(opens in a new tab)
Store setup
- Products and catalogueProduct titles, descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs, variations, categories, collections, attributes, stock settings, sale pricing and featured products, organised the way your customers shop. Where you provide the product information, we prepare and upload it.
- Product pagesAccurate photos, details and what's included, so buyers know exactly what they're getting.
- Search and filteringWays to narrow a catalogue quickly, so customers find the right product.
Checkout & fulfilment
- CheckoutA short checkout over HTTPS, with guest checkout so buyers aren't forced to create an account.
- PaymentsCard payments, online checkout, payment gateway setup, order confirmations and deposits where your platform supports them. We don't act as the payment processor, and third-party transaction fees may apply.
- Shipping and returnsFlat-rate and free shipping rules, pickup, location-based delivery and product-specific rules where your platform supports them, with your returns rules shown before payment.
Beyond a standard store
- Online bookingsBookable stays, sessions or workshops sold through the same checkout.
- Customer and member accountsAccounts for repeat customers, members or bidders.
- Custom sellingSelling models a standard shop doesn't cover, such as online auctions.
- Custom e-commerce applicationsWhen no platform fits how you sell: custom ordering systems, wholesale portals, member-only stores, product configurators, quote-to-order workflows, customer portals and order tracking. Custom is not always cheaper, and we'll say when a platform would do the job.Custom apps and AI agents
After launch
- Platform managementAdding and updating products, prices, images, categories and collections, promotional pages, content updates, troubleshooting and platform changes. Some owners manage this themselves and some prefer ongoing help. Either way, you keep control of your store and platform access.
- E-commerce SEOProduct and category structure, page titles, meta descriptions, internal links, image optimisation, clean URLs, mobile usability and supporting blog content. Products, competitors and search behaviour change, so the store keeps being reviewed. Rankings are not guaranteed.SEO and content
- Marketing your storeGoogle Ads, paid social and product campaigns, landing pages, email and content marketing, and retargeting where suitable. Building the store gives customers somewhere to buy; marketing helps the right people find it. Sales are not guaranteed.Digital advertising
- Social mediaProduct graphics, promotional posts, short videos and reels, launch content, content calendars and offer campaigns. Ongoing social media is a separate service, not part of every store.Social media management
- Branding and design guidesColours, typography, logo use, product image presentation, buttons and website styling, so customers recognise your business across your store, social media and ads.
- CRM and automationAn order or product enquiry flowing into your CRM, a notification to your team and a follow-up to the customer, with AI-assisted workflows as an option.AI and business automation

Frequently asked questions
- Which platform should I choose?
- It depends on how you sell. WooCommerce suits businesses that want flexibility and control, often alongside WordPress. Shopify suits businesses that want a hosted store without managing hosting or updates. Wix and Squarespace suit simpler stores on an all-in-one platform. A custom app suits selling processes no platform handles. We'll recommend one based on your products, growth plans and who will run the store.
- Can't I just launch a store quickly myself?
- You can, and for some businesses that's fine. The bigger question is whether the store is structured properly for customers, search engines, future products and ongoing management. That's the part we focus on.
- Can you add products for me after launch?
- Yes. We can keep adding and updating products, prices and collections, or set things up so you can manage the store yourself. Either way, you keep control of your store and platform access.
- Can the store take bookings or run accounts?
- Yes. We've built stores that sell bookable stays and workshops, and ones with customer and bidder accounts.
- Which costs are separate?
- Platform subscriptions, paid apps or plugins, payment processing and transaction fees, and other third-party services are paid to those providers. We point them out when we scope your store.
- What should I prepare before we start?
- A list of your products and how they vary, your shipping and returns rules, product photos you're happy to use, and who will run the store day to day.
- How long does it take?
- It depends on the size of the catalogue and the features you need. We confirm a timeline with your quote.
- What does it cost?
- Every store is quoted to its scope, so there are no fixed prices on this page. Request a quote and we'll come back with one based on what you need.
- What happens after launch?
- You can run the store yourself, and we can look after updates, backups, security and performance on a Website Care Plan.
