Keep your website secure, backed up, current and supported without losing control of your hosting or data. WiTEDS provides website care, maintenance and managed hosting options for our customers in Perth. You can use your own hosting provider, ask us to manage it with you, or use hosting arranged through WiTEDS. Choose ongoing monthly support or request one-off website work when you need it.
What you get
- A clear list of what's covered, agreed before you start, rather than a vague promise of support.
- Software kept current, with a backup taken before each update where appropriate and the site checked afterwards.
- Regular backups stored separately from your site, with restore support. They add a layer of protection if something goes wrong, but no backup can prevent every problem.
- Uptime, performance and security monitored over time, with a regular report on what was done, anything found and what we recommend.
- Hosting that fits your business. Stay with your current provider, manage your own hosting, ask us to help, or use hosting through WiTEDS. WiTEDS is not a public hosting company, so hosting is available to our website and application customers as part of our support.
- You stay in control. Your website content and business data remain yours, subject to third-party platform terms. We provide access where technically available and support a transfer if you decide to move.
- Ongoing SEO, not a one-time task. Search visibility changes over time, so we can keep improving your site with updated titles and metadata, internal links, service content and blog articles, and keep your Google Business Profile current. We do not promise rankings.
- Monthly care or one-off help. Choose a monthly care plan, or ask for website work as you need it at an agreed hourly rate. Local Perth support either way.

Set up: we put backups, monitoring and an update routine in place, with your site hosted wherever you choose.
Maintain and improve: we keep the site current and secure, and carry on SEO, content and Google Business Profile work where your plan includes it.
Report: we report regularly on what was done, anything found and what we recommend.

Every plan is tailored to your website and how often it changes, and we agree what's covered before we start. Depending on the selected care plan, ongoing care can include the items below. Not every plan includes everything.

- Is this right for a business my size?
- Yes. It suits any business that relies on its website but doesn't have someone responsible for keeping it updated, backed up and secure.
- Can you look after a website you didn't build?
- Yes. We start by reviewing its hosting, software, backups and access, then agree what the plan should cover.
- Are you a hosting company?
- No. WiTEDS is a web design and digital business, not a public hosting provider. Hosting is available to WiTEDS customers as part of our website and application support services.
- Do I have to use WiTEDS hosting?
- No. You can stay with your current provider, buy and manage hosting yourself, ask us to help set up and manage it, or use hosting provided through WiTEDS where it suits. The choice is yours.
- Who controls my website, domain and data?
- You do. Customers keep ownership of their website content and business data, subject to third-party platform terms. We don't lock anyone in. We provide access to the services and systems behind your website where technically available.
- What if I want to move to another provider?
- We support transfer when required, including the website, hosting-related files, domain access and other assets under our management. What can be exported depends on the platforms involved.
- What do backups cover?
- Depending on your service level, we can manage scheduled backups of your website files and database, retention, restore support and a backup before updates where appropriate. Backups add protection if an update or change goes wrong, but we can't guarantee they will prevent every loss.
- Do I need a monthly plan?
- No. You can choose a monthly care plan for regular support, or ask for one-off help as you need it, such as content updates, troubleshooting or small improvements, at an agreed hourly rate.
- Does SEO stop after the website launches?
- No. Competitors, search behaviour and search engines keep changing, so we can keep reviewing content, titles, metadata and internal links, adding blog articles and keeping your Google Business Profile up to date. We can't promise rankings or a particular position in Google.
- What exactly is included?
- It depends on your site and requirements. A plan draws on updates, backups, uptime and security monitoring, speed optimisation, content edits, SEO, blog articles, Google Business Profile updates and reporting, and we agree the mix and frequency before we start.
- How are hosting and domain costs billed?
- When hosting is supplied through WiTEDS, hosting is billed annually. Domain registration and renewal are charged separately where the domain is bought or managed through us. We explain these costs before work proceeds, and they are not included unless your plan says so.
- What does it cost?
